Do you have the option to buy now and pay later?Yes we do! We have Afterpay, Klarna and Zip Pay available Zip Pay is unavailable at checkout, therefore, a manual entry will need to be made, please contact one of our friendly customer service reps for assistance. Both Afterpay and Klarna are available at checkout. Alternatively, you can contact us via Instagram, call, text or email and let us know what you would like and how you would like to go about the payment plan. If you do not have either of these payment plan options, you can pay into our designated account and once full payment is received, your order will be shipped out to you.

How long do the wefts/extensions last for?Most of our team members have had their extensions lasting over 7 years long. Personally, my extensions have lasted over 8 years. Even after colouring multiple times

Can I colour my hair extensions?All extensions we stock have proven to pass the patch test. Can be coloured and bleached as light as colour 613. Without compromising the quality of the extensions. So please feel free to colour/ dye/ bleach/ etc as you please! And don't forget to tag us on Instagram and send us photos :)

Do you offer international shipping?Yes we do. We ship worldwide via DHL Express Shipping. Most customers report receiving their package within 3-4 working days. All international orders over $1000 come with free shipping. Orders under $1000 come with a shipping fee of $120 extra. Which is paid for by the customer

What currency are prices listed in?All prices are in Australian dollars. However, you have the option to choose currency prior to shipping on our website.

Can I place orders only via website?All orders can be placed either via website, Instagram, WhatsApp, text, phone call or email.

When will I receive my order?If you live in Adelaide and your order is made at anytime in the day, you will most likely receive it on the same day. If you live interstate and your order is made before 12pm, you will receive it the next day, otherwise it’ll take anywhere between 2-3 days. If it’s an international order, you will receive your package within 3-7 working days (at the latest). For all sale or discounted orders, please allow between 1-4 business days due to handling time and influx of orders.

Can I swim in my extensions?100000% yessss! All you’ll need to do is wash and condition after, just as you would your own hair and voila! All our units/ wefts/ extensions are made using raw and unprocessed virgin hair which allows you to treat it exactly as you would your own. It doesn’t get better than Ginny’s Hair honey 🫶🏾.

Can I have a wig custom made for me?Most definitely can! Please contact us and one of our customer service teams will be more than happy to help you create the look that’ll best suit. We do it all

Can I try on a wig before purchasing?Most definitely can. Just contact us and we’ll book you in to try on as many wigs as you please.

What do i do if my wig is too big?We can either install adjustable straps or sew in an elastic band using the exact measurements of your head which usually solves the problem.

Do I have to use glue for my wigs to sit properly?You absolutely do not need to use glue. In fact, all our wigs come glue-less and ready to wear. Here at Ginny’s, we understand life is too busy and your hair should not be eating into your precious time. Literally brush and go! Once it’s a good fit, you’re good to go. Alternatively, we understand some of you love the glueless look and prefer it so by all means go for it! Either way you decide to go, it's gonna look like it’s growing form your scalp 🥵
