In the unlikely event that hair extensions/unit is received with a fault, a full refund or exchange will be processed upon request.

Please note that Ginny’s Hair does not offer any refunds or exchanges due to hygiene reasons.

No refunds will be granted if you simply change your mind or believe your unit does not suit you.

All units/extensions purchased on sale are final and will not be eligible for an exchange or a refund.

All custom orders are not eligible for return or refunds.

Once the lace of a frontal/ closure has been cut off, there is absolutely no option for a refund.

If the unit has been altered in any way (ie. Bleached knots, trimmed, coloured, plucked or any customisation done), no refunds will be granted.

All returns are investigated by our well-skilled and professional team of hair stylists.

Ginny’s Hair customer service must be contacted within 3 days of receiving the order if there is a fault.

However, a refund will only be investigated if the unit remains in its original condition, is unworn, uncut or altered in any way. Units that have had the lace cut or have been worn cannot be accepted.

Please be careful when trying the unit on and do not cut the lace off unless you are certain it is what you want. Otherwise, we at Ginny’s Hair cannot be of help to you.

All returns that do not meet our policies will not be accepted and sent back to you.
